Developed by Firetail Birding Tours to use on birding trips in Victoria and Australia these printable checklists uses IOC taxonomy and includes for Victoria the recognised subspecies found in the region. Birdlife’s English names for recognised ssp taxon are incorporated as are Clement’s common names where they differ from IOC. This list does not include every vagrant bird recorded as its meant for use on birding tours/ road trips rather than to maintain a life list.
